Unicorn

how do you find a book?

i dont know the title for sure could be unicorn, horse, pony, white/silver/the

i dont remember its content beyond the first scene

the author may or may not have a last name starting with a letter from last part of the alphabet

i remember it had a poem before the story started but i dont remember any words but one: breast...cause i thought it was an odd word to use. and perhaps there was something about a knife?

i read it in year 4 = 2001

i remember it was a darkish, navy blue-feeling book. but the writing was lighter-colour-feeling writing.

there was something about a young girl with an older person, a carriage ride, and perhaps a bow legged man standing infront of his mansion...there were woods. she was going to live there i think. definately woods.

it was fiction. not illustrated

okay it has the word breast and knife in the poem ... long poem for a ten year old so i remember that.

its about a young girl...going to live with an older man (not bow legged)! and a carriage!! the colour of the feeling is right !! and the colour of the words!!! this is exciting
